With a screw encased in a belt both rotating simultaneously to create a swirling motion. This setup allows materials to move upwards in a spiral from the base of the cone and then descend due to gravity. Additionally optional features, like spray atomization, jacket heating or cooling are also available.
Mixer with Multiple Motion Options:
Available in cone or double cone designs the Double Cone Blender features sealing. The chamber moves back and forth on the X axis three times to mix materials ensuring high quality results.
Complex Motion by Dual Rotating Screws:
Move around creating a spiral motion that lifts materials from the bottom of the cone and allows them to fall naturally due, to gravity. The addition of spray atomization and jacket heating or cooling increases its flexibility.
Continuous Convection Dryer with Mesh Belt:

All-in-One Mixing, Granulating, and Drying:
Materials form a fluidized bed below, where granules are created in the granulation chamber with the help of spray nozzles dispensing binders. The hopper allows for the addition of multiple raw materials, which are mixed during the fluidization process.

Output: Solid medium-sized granules with 3%-5% moisture content
All-in-One Mixing, Granulating, and Drying:
After the main material forms a fluidized bed at the bottom, granules are created with the aid of adhesive sprayed from the top nozzles in the granulating chamber. Subsequently, coating material is sprayed onto the granules from bottom or side nozzles within the chamber for effective coating.
